Execution of the works on the motorway junction between the A15 “Autostrada della Cisa” and the A22 “Autostrada delBrennero” – Fontevivo (PR) – Nogarole Rocca (VR) – 1st Lot from Fontevivo (PR) to the “TrecasaliTerre Verdiane” bus station and ancillary works (CUPG61B04000060008 – CIG 307068161E). The works sub-contracted to Geovertical consist of the installation of road barriers and the laying of roof tiles on embankments.

The company will carry out some works on behalf of CMB, on construction sites for the doubling of the Bari-Taranto railway line.

Concrete laying works and carpentry for reinforced concrete works. This is what Geovertical will realize on behalf of Cmb on the Bari Mungivacca Noicattaro shipyard.

The company is in fact among the subcontractors of the works for the doubling of the Bari-Taranto railway line, which started last summer.

To date, Geovertical is employing 22 specialized workers and various owned vehicles (mobile crane: model terex rt-35 n ° 2, telescopic handler: model merloroto 45-21- n ° 2 telescopic handler: model merloroto 445-26 n ° 2, aerial platform (ple): model terex ta 50 e – n ° 2, crane truck: model scania cv p 1245 – n ° 2, truck: type daily n ° 3) for the execution of the works for which it is entrusted.

In addition, Geovertical also deals with the protection of excavation walls using shotcrete (spritz-beton), execution of micropiles, site assistance with maintenance of runways and construction site areas with sweepers and tank trucks, unloading and storage of materials.

Geovertical is also involved in the realization of this strategic work for the City of Turin.

The goal – the technicians explain – is to work in close synergy with the contracting authority to maximize the construction of a work whose site falls within a residential area.

The construction site of the Livinallongo site in the province of Belluno has begun, where an avalanche defense intervention will be carried out following the exceptional weather events of autumn 2018.

Veneto Strade spa has entrusted to the temporary business association, of which Geovertical is the parent company, the execution of the interventions in the geological-avalanche sector.

This is a complex intervention, also by virtue of the inclination of the ridge on which we will work and which will therefore see various phases, from the preliminary one with the access works to the site and the cutting and processing of the trees, up to the realization of the snow barriers and rockfall protection.

Furthermore, “the goal – explain the technicians – is to work in close synergy with the contracting authority to maximize the construction of a work whose site falls within an inhabited center”.

Geovertical will take care of the conveyor belts of the mud, thanks to the consolidated experience in the construction sites for the Brenner Base Tunnel.

In the municipality of Lonato del Garda, the construction of the TBM conveyor belts has been underway since last August, which will be used to transport the excavated materials of the Brescia-Verona lot for the works for the High Speed Milan-Verona section.

The Cepav 2 consortium, which is involved in the construction of the railway line and which will build a twin-tube tunnel, has entrusted Geovertical with the work for laying the strips for the waste.

To date, about 700 meters have been built, positioned outside the new tunnel which will be about 5km long parallel to the A4 motorway.

About 70 rooms, each with dedicated services, make up the two “base camps” for workers’ accommodation, one in the construction site near Turin; the other in Bolzano, where work is underway for the Brenner Base Tunnel.

The idea is to “bring home” to Italian construction sites, leveraging the spirit of sharing of Geovertical employees.

The two structures, equipped with all comforts and compliant with the provisions of the relevant legislation, were built in our factories and subsequently assembled on site.
